From Grass Fields to Gravity-Defying Feats: Doug Litton Takes Flight

Doug's lifelong passion for aviation began at an early age. From the humble beginnings of a small grass airfield in West Virginia, he started flight training at the age of 14.

His first flight instructor, a WWII veteran pilot, combined military-style aerobatics with primary flight training. This training instilled in Doug a deep respect and dedication to airmanship, and he has been pursuing the perfection of his skills ever since.

Doug performs in the German-built Extra 300-S, an aircraft renowned for its agility and designed for extreme aerobatics.

Based in Saint Augustine, FL, he trains year-round for aerobatic competitions and airshows.
