Florida International Airshow: Frequently Asked Questions
We’re excited to have you join us for an unforgettable weekend at the Florida International Airshow, filled with thrilling aerial performances, family-friendly activities, and a fantastic community atmosphere. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ve put together this Vendor FAQ with important details about setup, logistics, and what to expect during the event.
The Florida International Airshow operates in full compliance with all FAA, TSA, and Department of Homeland Security rules and regulations, and all participants, vendors, and attendees are expected to follow these guidelines at all times. Additional security measures may be implemented as needed to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Do exhibitor spaces include a tent?
No. Exhibitor spaces do not include a tent. Tent rentals are available in the add-ons section.
Can I bring my own tent?
Exhibitors: Yes, but tents must meet Fire Code requirements and must be secured with proper weighted ballasts (no staking allowed).
Vendors: No. Vending spaces are already located in a covered tent area, and additional tents are not permitted
Who can be a vendor?
Vendor spaces are limited to arts & craft vendors or non-profits.
Can I sell food or drinks?
No retail food or beverage sales are allowed in the vending area. A wide variety of food and drinks will already be available through official concessions.
Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes. The Florida International Airshow reserves the right to refuse vendor or exhibitor space that violates community standards of decency or is otherwise deemed unsuitable. Items such as glass, knives, tattooing, body piercing, tobacco, vaping, alcohol, or related products/services are strictly prohibited.
What kind of environment should I expect?
The Airshow is a multi-day event featuring fast, loud aircraft and aerobatic performances. The airfield and viewing area are quite large with some areas of un-even ground. Please prepare accordingly.
Are refunds available?
No refunds will be given. However, funds may be held as a deposit for future Airshows.
When is set-up?
Vendors and Exhibitors must schedule entry/set-up with the Vending Lead or Director of Concessions.
• Friday, October 31: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (no exceptions)
• Saturday, November 1 & Sunday, November 2: 6:30 am – 8:30 am (no exceptions)
Vendor vehicles must be escorted by an Air Show manager at all times and are only allowed on the field during set-up, servicing, and tear-down hours. No vehicles are permitted after 8:30 am on show days.
Can I leave my booth overnight?
Yes, but at your own risk. Overnight security is provided, and gates will be closed. However, airport tenants, businesses, and their guests have 24-hour access. The Airshow is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
When is tear-down?
Tear-down begins Sunday, November 2, one hour after the show ends or once the crowd has dispersed.
Additional Safety Rules:
- Please be aware that vehicles may be subject to search before entering the airfield.
- No weapons of any type are permitted on the grounds.
- No flying drones are permitted on the grounds.
Vendor Passes:
Vendor pass holders are expected to stay during the entirety of the show on the days they attend. Re-entry is not permitted once a vendor badge has been scanned for that day. If vendors are accommodating half day shifts for their workers, it’s advised that additional day passes should be purchased for those individuals.
Vendor Parking:
Pink parking lot and no walk-in from Vendor parking, please.
