MEDIA DAY FOR THE 2009 FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOWFlorida Air Show personnel will present the lineup for the 2009 Florida International Air Show on Friday, March 13th, at 9 AM at the Charlotte County Airport.

About AirShow Media Credentials
Media credentials will only be extended to media on assignment. Press/Media Credentials requests must be submitted in advance of Air Show dates on a Media Credentials Form and verification of assignment obtained before credentials will be issued. The Media Credentials Request form is available on the website (can be downloaded). Forms and credentials will also be available on Media Day at the airport. (to be announced) These requests should be FAXed to Skip Hapner, Media Coordinator, FAX No. 941-505-8388. No children will be admitted to the media area.
MEDIA CREDENTIALS
Media credentials for entrance to the Florida International Air Show are primarily given to representatives covering the show for bona fide news outlets. Before receiving credentials for the event we require the representative to provide proof through their organizations credentials or an official assignment letter from the bona fide news outlets.
If you are applying through our web site please provide a letter through email from the news organization you represent.
Photographers/writers covering performers at their request at the Florida International Air Show will be permitted to access media locations. Show tickets however must be supplied by the performer they represent.
