• The news conference will take place in the lobby of the Charlotte County Airport’s Administration Building which is located just north of the airline terminal. Parking is available across the street from the building. Parking is free for the first two hours.
• The Board of Directors of the Air Show will present up-to-date information on the 2011 31st Annual Show which is scheduled for the weekend of March 26-27 at the Charlotte County Airport.
• Important information about covering the show will be presented at this meeting.
• Air Boss, Bob Hall, will profile the outstanding acts and statics coming to this year’s show. Information on the performers will be provided during the meeting. Event organizers will be available for interviews.
• Signup opportunities for media flights will be offered at this event.
